“Not sure where to start! My warranty company appointed Top HVAC for my AC repairs. My agenda was to have the company repair my AC and then request a thorough cleaning after the fact to gain the business. This all changed when I was assigned Robert as my technician whom later tells me he is the supervisor. As a supervisor you should never show up late, assets the issue in 10 minutes, leave without fixing the issue (as simple as a relay), and leave without leaving some type of documentation. When I called to ask why the simple repair couldn’t be fixed I was told he had to keep moving onto his other customers and that I could call warranty back for a different serving company. My question is….Are WARRANTY customers treated differently because it’s a warranty claim because that’s the attitude I received. I asked for Robert’s supervisor and he stated he was the supervisor but in fact we all have a supervisor above our title unless you’re the owner. I feel Robert robbed he’s employer of a potential new customer and made the company look very unprofessional. Another day without AC due to the lack of supplies and poor supervision.”
