“I had issues with my AC, which is a four-year-old unit leaking in my downstairs bathroom through the vents. This created something that was going to be a nightmare so I called my warranty company and they sent out Daniel with all American at first. He was very nice. Seemed to know what he was talking about so we went with the Repair. I was assured multiple times when I asked the technicians. Is this going to stop the leaking because it smells like mildew and honestly we’ve all had allergies which is not normal for us and they assured me yes it would stop the leaking and take care of the I was not told that there was any mold in my Plenum at all. Over a week after their service, I called my warranty company again because it was still leaking condensation rust, mold, coming out of the edges of my vents. I had sent a review who I thought was going to be my warranty company because all American charged $275 to put in a small part. All American and Daniel were called back out to my house through my warranty company as a recall because it wasn’t fixed. Daniel immediately came in with attitude and started over talking me in my home in front of my granddaughter who is four years old, and my daughter walked in for her lunch break and literally had to walk into the living room to see who was this strange man and her mom’s house raising his voice to her. Daniel was very unprofessional, I asked him why was he so rude and he said because you gave us a bad review. He kept over talking me. He told me there was mold in the Plenum so much so that’s what was causing me and my family to be sick. I’ve attached photos. He was more concerned about a survey than he was our health. And my question was why didn’t they catch all of this Mold growth on their first visit? Why was my family led to believe that everything was fixed when we were living in an unhealthy environment and was not told. I have grandbabies I have pets that I love dearly. I have a son with asthma. We’ve all been suffering, all allergies, breathing treatment treatments you name it, but Daniel did not catch this until he was mad at me for leaving a review that he didn’t approve. I literally told him to leave my house. He had me in tears with his disrespect because I told him you’re in my home. No one comes in my home and talks to me like this. I immediately called my warranty company and asked why they would use such an unethical company and person like Daniel? I told them what happened and they said they would no longer be using their company, they immediately sent out Another company for a second opinion. This mold should’ve been caught and repaired correctly. This is putting my family people. I love the most of n danger. Daniel did not fix the problem, he left a family and a single mom and grandma helpless with Mold going through their entire home breathing it in every day not feeling well not understanding why. He did not catch this on the first trip told us everything was fine while we’re still breathing in toxic microbial growth I do not recommend this company and I think Daniel needs to get a new profession. He knows nothing, nor does he care about customer experience and customer health and this is the wrong industry for him to be in, he should sell cars instead. He did nothing but lie to a Vulnerable family.”
“Before reading my review, I encourage you to read Brittany Cooper's review first. Her review covers the installation concerns, inspection findings, and property damage from the homeowner's perspective. My review is from the perspective of the tenant living in the home. I normally do not leave negative reviews, but after multiple service visits, days without air conditioning, water leaking into the home, and several unprofessional interactions, I feel it is important to share my experience. Because I have a flexible schedule, I handled many of the appointments and interactions with the company. From the beginning, we experienced issues with the newly installed HVAC system. A technician came out, identified a problem, and informed us that repairs would require a return visit because the necessary tools and crew were not available during that appointment. The problems continued. We noticed cracks developing in the ceiling and brought them to the company's attention. We were told they were not a concern. Later, we came home to find the house unusually hot. When we went upstairs, we discovered water leaking through the ceiling into our master closet. Clothing and personal belongings were soaked. Water was visible both inside and outside the home. At that point, the situation had gone beyond an HVAC performance issue and had become a property damage issue. Over the following days, we coordinated multiple appointments, provided photographs, answered questions, adjusted work schedules, and made ourselves available for service visits. Despite this, several visits appeared to be focused primarily on diagnosis rather than repair, requiring additional appointments and additional time away from work and personal obligations. One of the most frustrating experiences occurred after we had already been without air conditioning for several days during Texas summer temperatures. We were told a technician would be coming to address the issue and planned our day around the appointment. The arrival time continued to move later throughout the day until the technician ultimately arrived around 7:00 PM. When the technician arrived, he appeared to have limited information about a situation that had already involved multiple visits, extensive communication, and active water intrusion. We found ourselves explaining the history of the problem again despite the amount of documentation that had already been provided. The interactions during these visits were just as concerning as the scheduling issues. When I answered the door during one appointment, I was immediately asked, "Where is the guy?" During that same visit, my landlord was repeatedly the subject of jokes about whether she would be bringing the technician breakfast or dinner. She was also told that people at the company considered her "mean" and that he had been avoiding her because of it. To be clear, these comments were not being made during a routine service call. They were being made while tenants were living in a house without air conditioning, while water was actively leaking into the home, after personal belongings had been soaked, and after multiple appointments had already failed to resolve the issue. At that point, we were simply looking for answers and a plan to fix the problem. Instead, concerns were repeatedly dismissed while the issue grew from an HVAC problem into water damage, requiring multiple appointments, schedule changes, and repeated follow-up. By the end of this experience, we were not asking for exceptional service. We were asking for basic communication, professionalism, accountability, and a sense of urgency. Unfortunately, after days without air conditioning, water leaking into the home, damaged belongings, and repeated disruptions to our schedules, those expectations were never met.”
“Please do not use this company. The customer service representatives are rude, unprofessional, and dishonest about appointment scheduling. When I first called to schedule service, I clearly explained that I work nights and that evening appointments would not work for me. After two days of back-and-forth discussions, I finally received an appointment time that fit my schedule. That appointment was then canceled by the company due to personal issues with their technician. I was rescheduled for another day and even canceled a work shift to accommodate the appointment. Later, I discovered that my appointment had been double-booked and that the technician was never going to make it to my home. I expressed my frustration and explained that their mistake had cost me both time and income. I was then promised a new appointment the following morning and was assured that I would be the technician's first stop. Once again, no one showed up. When I called at the end of the appointment window, I was told that no technician had been scheduled to come to my home and that the appointment was never going to happen. After multiple scheduling failures, broken promises, and a complete lack of communication, it is clear that this company does not value its customers or know how to properly manage appointments. I would not trust this company with my business and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Apparently, management isn't much better than the workers. I asked to speak with the manager to make a compliant, and was told someone would call me back, and that never happened either. This company doesn't deserve 1 star.”
“I had a great experience from the time I called and talk to Camrie to the time the technician came out! The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. They explained everything clearly, completed the work efficiently, and made sure my system was running properly before leaving. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and quality HVAC services. Thank you for a job well done!”
