“They are amazing, and should be your first call anything HVAC related. Our neighbors recommend them and we got a second opinion from them. We ended up changing our plan entirely after they pointed out some oversights with the first opinion. Rene was extremely insightful and helpful through the process, great price, and never felt pressured into anything. I could not recommend them more for either a new unit or repair.”

“I have used Colony Air Conditioning and Heating since 2016. They always arrive on time, are very professional and complete the work in a timely manner. They explain everything regarding the work they are doing and take the time to answer any questions I may have. Their annual maintenance service saved me going into summer one year and again going into winter one year from having a failure. So when it came time to replace my unit I didn't look to quote from anyone except Colony. They showed up on time Manuel G and the team could not have been more helpful and professional. They did a stellar installation with attention to detail and completed in record time of 5 hours and could not be more please with the installation. “We have been a customer for about 4 years now and have an older unit that came with the house. We have had several technicians come and what’s nice is we tend to see the same guys that have worked on our unit before and are aware of the situation. I tried to look up the names of our technicians but they have all been great. Matt G was the last technician that came by and like all the others they have been clean, polite and extremely well versed in their field. They have never tried to sell us a new unit (ours is probably at least 15 years old). They have never left our house without getting the cold air flowing. The company has always gotten to our house within 24-48 hours or requesting a service call. Our most recent issue was a thermostat - they could have told me I needed a new unit and used high pressure sales to do it. Instead they fixed our issue to get us cool again. When we decide to replace the system they will be the only company I call. I highly recommend Colony Air Conditioning and Heating. I highly recommend Matt G and if I could find the other guys names that worked on our unit I would recommend them too. Straight shooters - knowledgable and trustworthy. Save yourself time and effort and give them a call.”

“I contacted this company last week because both of my air conditioners had been struggling, and I wanted to get on their schedule before the problem became an emergency. It took quite a while for anyone to get back to me, and when they finally did, the earliest appointment they offered was the following week. Since I was leaving town for a few days over the weekend, I decided to wait. When I returned home today, my downstairs was 81° and my upstairs was 92°. At 6:58 p.m., I called and requested emergency service. The technician called to say he was heading to another job and would arrive around 8:30 p.m., but he didn't get to my house until 9:10. Once he arrived, he told me he didn't have time to look at both of my units and that I should have told the office I had two systems when I scheduled the call. He said he could inspect one unit that night for $119, but I'd have to pay for a second service call to have the other one checked. There was no offer to forgo the addition trip charge even though he was unable to service both units tonight. My options were: Pay $119 for one unit tonight and $89 for a second visit during normal business hours. Skip the emergency visit and schedule both units during regular business hours for $89 total. Cancel altogether. The most frustrating part is that if the company had responded promptly when I first contacted them last week, this likely could have been handled during a normal service appointment for $89. Instead, I came home from vacation to an unbearably hot house, exhausted, upset, and scrambling to find help. The technician himself was polite, and I understand he can only do what he's scheduled to do. My frustration is with the company's responsiveness, scheduling, and lack of urgency. Looking back, I wish I had taken their slow response last week as a sign and called someone else. Unfortunately, I won't be using this company again.”

From the moment they arrived, they were respectful, professional, and genuinely passionate about doing things the right way. Even with the rain coming down, they stayed focused and committed, and still managed to have the entire new unit installed and running in under six hours.
