“This Law firm is awesome! My case manager Myra was outstanding! Let me tell you something. My wife got in the tractor trailer involved auto accident. First I called the TJH you know who this is. A person on the phone told me that they will see if this case is big enough for them to take. I was like… what? So… you are too good to take small cases? I was so disappointed. And then I called Sandoval & James. Sandoval and James took my case right away. Not only that, this law firm has been treating me like a real person. You know most of law firm are nice and answer your phone calls until you sign on the retainer contract. After that, they ghost on you. Never call you never answer your call. BUT. my case manager Myra was totally different. She always has been giving me an all the updates so I don’t have to call her to follow up up. And she always returns my calls within 1 hour. Most of time, she answers my calls even on her day off!! Now my wife’s case is almost closing. All the medical treatment has been done and now it’s time for offer from the other’s insurance company. My attorney Andre Mackey and Marco Cervantes have been awesome. From the first meeting with them, they were explaining us throughly and kind enough answers all my questions through out the whole time. These 2 are highly recommended!! I don’t know what’s our settlement will look like. But I am confident Andre Mackey and Marco Cervantes will take a good care of us. I will leave another review after we get the offer and final settlement. Tell you what was like. Don’t call TJH. They are too good and too busy for you. They only love big cases.
