“This was my first time to use Extreme Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating. Wow! I was very favorably impressed which is hard to do as I'm generally skeptical of certain service industy companies. To be transparent, they were the second company I called for a service quote and I got their name from a friend. I just bought a home that is a little older, although my AC unit is newer. Joey, with Extreme Comfort was very courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable with his 20+ years of experience. He took time to answer all my questions and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary services or parts replacement like the first company that quoted did. I asked him to identify what was critical, what could wait to be replaced, and what was in good shape. He took care of what was critical and I will use them again for my future HVAC needs. I highly recommend them!”

“We’ve used Extreme Air twice, once in June May 2026, once in June 2026, and both experiences were exceptional. The first time, one of our AC units stopped working. The technicians were professional, patient, and took the time to explain how our HVAC system communicates problems and what basic troubleshooting we could do ourselves. That education ended up saving us $6,000–$8,000 weeks later. When our second unit failed, we initially went through our home warranty company. After waiting two days in a very hot house, their contractor told us our drains were clogged, we needed a hard-to-find condenser component, and that replacing our entire four-year-old HVAC system was probably our best option. The quote 6-8k, and they refused to provide the failed component information in writing. Humberto was outstanding: professional, prepared, straightforward, and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the actual problem—a failed capacitor—which he had on his truck. In less than an hour, our system was repaired and cooling better than before. No clogged drains. No rare condenser part. No need to replace a four-year-old HVAC system. We’re incredibly grateful for Extreme Air’s honesty, expertise, and integrity. It’s rare to find a company that prioritizes customers and doing the right thing over making the biggest sale.
