“Gault is wonderful! On time, courteous and professional. They take care not to mess your home up and do a good clean up after the job. I did call someone else first who really tried to pressure me into an appointment and stating it would cost over $8k but could discount it today to $7500 if I could give them a check right away. It didn’t feel right and I asked myself why am I even considering anyone else??? I dealt with Gault before for many years and never had any issues what was I thinking!?!? So called them got their representative out the next day, and as our home inside was getting up to 85 degrees this was an emergency situation for me and my wife and also our pets! The representative recognize this and scheduled for an installation crew to show up the very next day and do a complete install for us! The price was reasonable. The service was above excellent everything went smooth and I had a piece of mind that it was done right and will have an air-conditioning unit that will last many years. Gault Just nailed it on every level! As far As I am concerned, nobody else needs to be doing air-conditioning services except for Gault!”
