“I had a great experience working with all the gentlemen from SoBellas, from the guy that came out initially that helped me decide that refrigerated air was the right choice, to the gentlemen that did the job. Specifically, the father and son team Sergio and Ariel, they were awesome! They were efficient, professional, informative, and even went out of their way to help me fix something little. Just by looking at the work they did, it's clear they are both very experienced. Along with my new refrigerated air, they fully replaced my furnace and thermostat (pics that are included). I'd recommend this company in a heart beat. Thank you guys for everything!”

“First off, let me say this It’s Saturday 530pm on Father’s Day weekend and I have Patrick Torres from SoBella on my roof working hard in the sun with the upmost respect and attention to detail I have ever seen from anyone. Patrick Torres is going beyond 5 star work and has my house going from 98 degrees to 74 in no time. I cannot express the amount of gratefulness I have to the job his doing! “Awful Experience! I can’t emphasize enough how terrible this company is. Don’t be fooled by their promises! They claim to offer a one-year warranty, but all they really want is your service charge. Over the past six months, I’ve handed over more than $3,500 to these thieves. They replaced our A/C freon coil and compressor, and now, just six months later, our system has leaked all the freon again. When I called to have them honor the warranty, they admitted the freon has leaked out again but refused to take responsibility. Julian, the so-called manager, offered to perform another pressure test—a test that was supposedly done during the last service when they installed new coils. I pointed out that we were assured the leak was fixed after that pressure test, so why should I pay another service charge for their incompetence? They referred to it as a “micro leak,” but to me, it feels like they intentionally left the issue unresolved just to come back for more charges. Save yourself the hassle and call someone else who will actually do the job right without leaving behind issues just to profit off service calls. My photos will show the conversation with a professional HVAC employee along with your so called “micro leaks”. You need to talk to your staff before replying to your reviews. They were wanting to perform a service that was a 50/50 chance in finding/fixing the leak and Yes, your company said you would help but it would be additional charges to perform this 50/50 task. It was already a lousy fix and they also said they were not able to find the leak when it’s staring you in the face. Don’t trust you guys a bunch of liars!”

“Mr. Cruz and Mr. Gamboa did a really good and professional job installing our new (2) split AC units. They answered all our questions and explained what they had to do to install them. They cleaned and picked up after themselves after completing all the work without being asked. Their supervisor stopped by to inspect all the work and make sure we were happy with their work. After explaining how the AC units worked, their supervisor answered all our questions and made sure we were happy with the work done. We’re very very satisfied as well as happy with the work and highly recommend their services!! SoBellas employees (especially Mr. Gamboa, Mr. Cruz and Alexander who has serviced our regular AC several times) have always been very professional and do a fantastic job!!! Leo and Ana”

“Since the reviews was my deciding factor in using Sobellas services I decided to contribute. Had an amazing experience with their Costomer service from the very beginning. I called around 11am and communicated my issue and was provided fair and accurate pricing right away for the house visit. They were able to send someone to my house in less than two hours which was amazing. Received a friendly phone call from Alberto to let me know how far away he was and when he arrived he listened to my concerns and got right to work. Alberto showed up to troubleshoot my fridge that was not cooling. Even though he found the cause of my issue quickly he still went above and beyond and checked everything to make sure there was only one fault without any extra charges. Afterwards he was very transparent and honest about his diagnosis and pricing. I am the kind of person that asks a lot of questions and he showed great levels of patience and professionalism by answering all of my questions and not making me feel rushed. He did not pressure me into any up charges, was just very honest and straight forward with their pricing. Overall great experience and money well spent. I as well asked about their HVAC services and Alberto explained to me their services and I decided to purchase their annual HVAC maintenance membership. He was able to service my AC unit right there and then even though that was not the original reason for the house visit. Over all, personally had an amazing experience with this company’s level of professionalism, communication, punctuality and quality of service.”
