“I had my biannual HVAC inspection today. And I had the privilege of having a new technician today. His name was Arturo. Boy he’s been the best technician I’ve had in a very long time. He was very, very thorough with all three of my systems. He took his time, making sure he inspected everything very thoroughly. And then he even went above and beyond, and came in the house and explained everything to me. And when I had questions he would show me pictures or take me to the unit in question and explain everything to me so I understood it. I cannot recommend Arturo enough. If you are thinking about using PASCHAL for your HVAC inspections, I would recommend recommending requesting Arturo he is exceptional.”

If that had been diagnosed at first visit, I would have had AC 10 days ago. I stand by my statement that their communication should be better. All updates received, I have had to chase. The one call I did get was to offer me a couple of portables but I had already secured some…that was cool of them though. The team today that installed my new unit was great. Quick. Efficient.
