“We bought our Jenn Air appliances from C&D in 2018. In 2020 our refrigerator decided to stop working (Covid 19??). After a couple of attempts to get it repaired I contacted Julie in Marble Falls and told her our situation. She stepped up and contacted Jenn Air and helped to expedite the delivery of new parts, in the mean time she sent us a loaner refrigerator. Julie's going the extra mile to help us interface with Jenn Air and sending us a loaner refrigerator exceptional and we really appreciate the after sales support.”
