They recently completed a full HVAC system switch out for us at our home and the entire process was first class from start to finish! Perry was the specialist who initially came out to our home, and he was excellent to work with from day one. He was knowledgeable, professional, straightforward, and took the time to walk through everything thoroughly without any pressure. The communication, professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail from the entire team really stood out throughout the install process. The crew was respectful of our home and made sure everything was done the right way. What impressed me most was the level of customer service after the install was complete. Tori and the team even followed up with a handwritten thank you note, this is something you just do not see often anymore. You can tell Integrity Air Conditioning genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in its work. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality HVAC work.”

“I received excellent service from Integrity Air Conditioning and Heating. They were quick to take care of my issue. The technician Ruben C. was courteous, professional, and did an excellent job showing me the issue. He explained several new products that I had never heard of. He wasn't pushy or trying to upsell anything just educating me on how to fix my issue. I was able to purchase an NPI Ion Plasma system to help rid my unit of pollutants and mold. Very pleased with my overall service visit and the work that was done. I wish more technicians were as friendly and knowledgeable as Ruben C.”

Fixed by noon, and offered a discount with a maintenance plan which I happily accepted. I've worked with this company for years and have always had good outcomes and fair dealings.
