“This will be my second time using Pretty Cool AC heating and refrigeration. Both experiences were great, and the service is stellar. The techs communicate what they’re doing, they’re efficient, and they clean up after they’re done. I highly recommend. My only callout is to get clarity on pricing. I was told it’s $86 to check the unit, and that cost would be applied to any repair costs. Well, it’s $86 per unit, and only $50 was deducted from the repair cost. Also, I was charged $399($350 with the $50 deduction) for the part, but found the same part online for less than $20.”
