“I’ve been in my home for going on 8 years, we have had intermittent ac troubles thoughout, and a few days ago our system stopped blowing cool air. I troubleshooted through YouTube, and to no avail, ended up doing research on local reputable ac/plumbing system people. MADD Air stood out with all the research I did on the company. I literally called yesterday, and within an hour, Justin, a guy who definitely knows his stuff, came out and did a thorough assessment of my problem and even showed me some things to look out for. I made the decision to get a completely new unit, as the single mundane unit I got with this manufactured home was not even powerful enough for my square footage, right at about 3000 sq ft. Bailey was very kind and professional And helped me through the entire process of financing the new system. She didn’t try and game me, she just helped me, and I was very comfortable on the phone with her. They set a window between 9 and 11. They were here by 10 and were done before 1 o’clock, fantastic work, they even made my attic cleaner than it was before they got there. Justin came by and inspected everything, walked me through my new smart thermostat, and we chatted about life in general. I have absolutely no adverse words to speak of the company, only positive. They were professional, they were quick, and everything is working perfectly and I have no regrets. Thank you guys.”

“I have been extremely impressed with MADD Air. Sam came to our house on a Sunday evening to take a look at our malfunctioning system and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He then gave me several different options for how to proceed. We decided to replace our whole system and were given the option to have the replacement done within 24 hours. The team showed up and did great work to get the new system installed. Sam has stayed in contact with me throughout even responding to texts I had with questions about the new system into the evening after the install. I can’t say enough good things about MADD overall and Sam specifically is an incredible technician to have service your system.”

“I am so pleased and impressed with Sam at Madd Air. Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. When I called Madd Air in the morning, they scheduled a same-day visit for that afternoon. About 30 minutes later, Sam called and said he was in the area for another job and asked if he could swing by to try and get things working before it got extremely hot out. I really appreciate that he took initiative to assist me well before my estimated window and maintained a professional and positive attitude the entire time. 30 minutes later we had cold air and Sam was on his way. Prices for labor and parts were very reasonable, I will be a returning customer for many years, thank you Charlie.”

“We had a fantastic experience with MADD Air! We had a strange issue pop up suddenly, right before the weekend and we were fortunate that someone was available to come out and help. Justin gave us options for how to fix the issue and he went above and beyond to help find the part we needed so that we wouldn’t be left without AC for the entire weekend. We received such excellent service from MADD Air, as has been their standard every time we’ve used them.”

“You will NOT Be disappointed. Buy Once - Cry Once. A premium product with a premium service. I have held off on my review until have the service and equipment for some time. Install was a year ago and everything is working great. Sam, from Madd Air working the Kingwood area, is very personable and knowledgeable. Installation of (2) Systems and Duct work was less than 12 hours. They offer a ongoing maintenance service and 10 year warranty. I had a system failure with one of the outside compressor. They answered the phone at 7pm. And Sam was here before 9am. Had my system up and running before he departed. Failure was due to an aftermarket equipment fault (my compressor soft start) failed. Would buy from Madd Air again. Will keep maintenance agreement with them. Would recommend.”
