“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ George from Silver State Refrigeration was outstanding. He showed up right on time, was professional, courteous, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose my AC issue instead of jumping to expensive conclusions, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and answered all of my questions without rushing. You can tell George has a lot of experience, and I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Excellent customer service from start to finish. If you’re looking for an HVAC technician who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and takes pride in his work, I highly recommend George and Silver State Refrigeration. Five stars all the way!”

“I called them out for a smaller job but same day they were coming found that my water heater was failing. They quickly priced my options and had a new water heater in the next day. Walter was very professional, incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable. Monico came out the next day to put in the water heater and did a fantastic job and took care of the other smaller issue as well. That guy deserves a raise btw! I would recommend these guys to anyone. If I had one thing to add it would be to have a military/veterans discount to help out with the costs.”

“Roberto was great. Very knowledgeable and explained everything. He wouldn’t have had to be here at all if the installers did their job correctly or if the person who inspected the installation caught their mistake. Also, way too expensive. Also had their plumber Jacob come out. He was also knowledgeable and friendly. He told me he would have to come back tomorrow to do the service that I took off of work today for him to do. Then told me the price. I will be going elsewhere. 2 stars is probably too generous.”
