“In a word WOW. Some background here. I got quotes from 3 other places to get two EV Chargers installed. My family has used Travis Crawford and had great results but I never knew they had an electric branch. Unlike all the other places when Dillon arrived from Travis Crawford, not only did he actually care and have an engaging conversation about the scope of work but he offered honest and helpful options for me. He was also aware of the chargers from Grizzl-E that I was wanting to use. He didn't overprice but quoted based on what I was looking for. On top of that he helped me get on a service plan for my plumbing and HVAC to ensure my whole home is taken care of. This is by FAR the best customer service I have received from first call to schedule service to finishing the job today. I can honestly say I trust these people with my home and family's safety as electrical work is no joke. This is what good work and honest people look like.”
