“Chino was my technician today and he was incredibly kind and explained everything about our new mini split unit. Jeff, the supervisor, also came to our home to speak to us directly about some questions we had about our new unit. The turnaround was quick and when we needed to upgrade our electrical circuit board, Jeff was able to have an electrician come out the same days without adding any delays. We appreciate it since this is our Airbnb unit and we had an upcoming reservation that was important to us. Extremely amazing customer service and quality work.”

He took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel rushed. I really appreciated how patient he was in answering all of my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with the process. “I waited a year to write this post! Initially my A/C went out. Their sales person talked the wife and I into buying g a brand new $25,000 unit. We waited a few days for them to get the new unit in. At this point it has been at least five days without A/C. When the unit got here. The installed the wrong compressor. Still no air It took almost two days to get a new one. Then it did not cool right. They forgot to install the new control board. I guess they were trying to get off cheap. Another week without air. Over the next year, we did not go three months without something going wrong with the "NEW" unit. Here we are, a year later. One of their techs broke our service latter. Tried to get them to fix it, it was so much back and forth I gave up. With a brand new unit within a year we had people coming out and working on our air at least 13 times! We'll just yesterday the circuit board went out. I knew this only because I called another company out to look at it. I was told by austin air it would be a week before they could come out and look at it. The other company came out, diagnosed ordered parts and fixed it in less than 24 hours. I feel if a company grows so big that they cannot handle customer service and or hire enough competent and knowledgeable people. They should not take on new customers. My overall experience is mediocre at best. When you are a new customer, they are all over you. Once they have made the sale. They won't return you calls or answer. I even drove to the office once trying to get a response, the front door was locked during business hours! I cannot say everything was bad but it has not been good at all!”
