“The sales rep Grant was excellent. No bs, very honest and straightforward. He even came by my house on the day of installation to make sure everything was done correctly. Christian was the install lead and he too was fantastic as was the entire crew. The crew was very conscientious, courteous and did an excellent job on the install. Crew cleaned up, took me thru operation and everything is working like a charm. Joplin is an old and very reputable company. Their install price for my 4 ton complete system change out was competitive. I am a contractor and hard to impress but I am impressed :)”

“I've been a customer for several years. The techs are excellent, they solve problems quickly and effective. Communication is great - you get a text message when tech is on the way with a photo and name of your tech, and they arrive on-time. Quality work and friendly too. I have a maintenance plan which is inexpensive and helps locate trouble early. There are no high-pressure sales here as seen at some other companies in the area. Jeff helped fix my recent problem with low refrigerant. System working well and highly recommend Jeff, and Joplin's.”
