He is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems and took his time doing a thorough evaluation of my home, including airflow, insulation, and even going into the attic to properly inspect everything. We have been dealing with a hot house, poor airflow, and high energy bills in a brand new home—issues that really shouldn’t be happening. Victor’s dedication to finding the real cause of the problem was a huge relief. This was our second opinion. The first company (Freedom) gave a completely different diagnosis, and the technician was rushed, didn’t check the attic, and came across as rude and condescending. I really appreciate Victor’s professionalism, kindness, and commitment to getting it right so we can finally get our AC fixed.”
