“THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL! From the first phone call until the work was completed I was impressed. The technician arrived ready to work and took the time to inspect everything carefully. He explained what he found and answered the questions I had. Everything was handled professionally and I never felt rushed. “This is my 2nd experience with this company. 1st round, no problems & had an experienced technician come out to our old house. 2nd time for a new home, note - no problems with the two units I have but wanted them checked before the heavy summer hits. Well tech said he checked both units found a leak in one only and sealed it with a guarantee that it’s sealed and that both units were cleaned/working; note - while doing the work he presented very lost and confused as to what the problem was etc. Here we are about 48 hrs later after we paid close to $1200 for the service & 1 of our units stopped working all together. We suffered through the holiday night thinking it’s the new thermostat maybe was accommodating to the house, to then call them first thing in the am. Tech came back out & said he found a leak in the 2nd unit that either he missed or recently “went out” after “service” & it’d be $434 more to “check for it”. So naturally we called, the ‘owner’ called back and was so unprofessional & unpleasant. Did not care of the representation of his work or our situation & said we should have called sooner during Juneteenth because ‘it’s not a holiday to him’. So, the tech who is more professional and kind is checking the leak but per the owner “he can’t replace the unit”. News to me as I started with two working units only to now need a new unit when at first it was just a leak (both the tech & owner were giving various diagnostics of the “problem”, going back & forth). Last update, they said. they would call by Monday with an update and pricing after checking if our unit was under warranty (that was 6/20, it's now 6/29 - no call, still no AC). T honestly saw the young tech was overwhelmed and per his report overworked "I'm the only person today" and either missed it or left something on. Either way, would not recommend this place after the owner's poor customer service & generally disrespectful demeanor towards Juneteenth and just in general leaving a customer with no ac when we started with two fully functioning units. Phone call was recorded knowing the owners unprofessional behavior and disdain for Juneteenth since he is lying in his response. Will report to the better business bureau as well for unsafe conditions and dishonest business practices.”
