“I have been very satisfied with the services. It is beyond handy to have someone apply chemicals to my yard. They show up, knock it out, and I don’t have to worry about it. So far the weed control is much better than the expensive “Scotts” granuals.”

“I created an account online for lawn service and no one EVER contacted me. Automated system called on April 9th from 800 numbet and said spam but I figured someone would call personally. They ended up coming on the 10th but I have no idea when because no one ever reached out all day and the paper was left on the door with details but lacked a time. They want access to the yard all day- so my dogs are just supposed to stay indoors all day?! You have to go online to see any details and it's tedious. I called the number to talk to someone and it's an automated system with someone from overseas eventually getting on the phone. Personally, I prefer local companies that communicate and care so I canceled services and will find someone with better communication practices. Also woke up to the money drafted from my account for a different amount than it said online!”
