“I was happy to find lawn aeration in 2024. In 2025, it took several months for scheduling. I had to apologize for requesting 2025 aeration because of testy attitude. After he aerated my front lawn, he told me to water heavily due to heat and that new customers had filled his time. So, I asked for March 2026 scheduling in Dec 2025. I subsequently requested scheduling 4 more times. To date, my requests have gone unanswered. Update: when this review posted, the owner immediately called and informed me that he was removing the “scheduled” aeration in June. This is precisely the punitive behavior exhibited in 2025. He would not allow me to speak without interrupting me and trying to take over. I informed him that scheduling requires communication. He states that customers get a 3-day notice. He stated that he will post a response etc. He is argumentative and rude.”
