“I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience working with Brad and the entire team at Jay's Landscaping over the past five years. Words like talented, creative, thorough, patient, and professional immediately come to mind when I think of the quality and care they bring to every project. When I first reached out to Brad, my backyard was a real challenge and desperately in need of a complete transformation—including adding a covered patio structure to my house. What truly stood out to me was Brad's genuine interest in understanding my vision. He not only listened attentively to my ideas, but even took the time to visit a neighbor’s yard with me, just so he could see firsthand the style I admired and get a better feel for what I was hoping to achieve. Recognizing that my budget wouldn’t allow for everything to happen overnight, Brad suggested we break the project into manageable phases, which we did over about five years. Some parts of this transformation, like the addition of a covered back porch to my home, didn’t even involve his team, but Brad was always there to offer guidance—including referring me to a fantastic contractor for that aspect of the work. Now, after years of thoughtful planning and collaboration, we have almost completed every phase, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my transformed backyard. What truly sets Brad and his team apart is their unwavering patience and commitment. Many other companies might have lost interest or become impatient, but Brad continued to work with me, always keeping my budget in mind and helping me find creative solutions to achieve the backyard of my dreams. I deeply appreciate his dedication and willingness to see this project through from start to finish. His creativity added such interesting, beautiful elements to my backyard I would have never thought of on my own. Working with Brad and everyone at Jay’s has truly been an enjoyable experience.
