“We had talked to three other companies for artificial grass in our backyard and ended up going with Full Armor. Giovanni was very easy to work with and was able to “figure” things out during the project. He gave me the confidence that he would be able to deliver a fantastic product. His crew went above and beyond to address drainage issues. While waiting on 811 dig to mark the utilities, they got started on pressure washing our pool pavers and sealed them which made a big difference. This was originally planned for the end of the project, but they adapted to the situation.The bull rock ended up looking amazing and the artificial grass was trimmed out very nicely. There was one area that had several visible seams and Giovanni redid that section without hesitation. We have had a few rain storms since the turf has been installed and the drainage has been great. Very pleased with my experience with Full Armor and would definitely use them again!!”
