“Bruce and his crew did a fabulous job. Bruce helped me design for new flower beds in the front of my house along with sodding my backyard where the previous owners dog had destroyed the grass. He replaced a Bradford pear tree that was on its last leg and trimmed existing bushes that just needed a little TLC He also readjusted the sprinklers to best benefit my landscape and not waste so much water. Bruce also installed a pergola in my back patio. He was easy to work with and was always in touch with me as well as very quick getting back to me if I had any questions. I will definitely use El Jardin(Bruce) again. All of this was at a very reasonable price. It was a pleasure working with him”

“I recently retained El Jardin Fine Gardens & Landscaping (El Jardin) to design and implement an upgrade to my landscape beds across the front and back yards of my property. After speaking with Bruce Pridgen, the owner of El Jardin, I quickly realized that his expertise extended well beyond landscape design and installation. Therefore, I expanded the original project scope to include trimming of trees, maintenance to an existing water feature in my backyard, a thorough inspection and repair of my irrigation system and maintenance to landscape lighting. Following a call to the El Jardin office, Bruce was quick to visit with me at my home where we walked the property. He took notes and measurements while offering suggestions on how to upgrade the overall attractiveness of the yard. Within the same week, Bruce had a design for the front and back beds that integrated a variety of plants well-suited for the Midland climate and soil. He included some blooming plants to incorporate some much-needed color diversity. I was very pleased with the suggested upgrades. The plants were purchased at quality nurseries and installed by a team of professionals that followed the defined design parameters while collecting and disposing of all debris. Bruce was on sight to insure the design was executed to plan. The maintenance to a previously installed water feature included painting of the fountain basin and sitting area. The team completed the job in short order and with strong attention to detail. The inspection and repairs to the irrigation system were exceptional, as Bruce and his team are experts especially with drip lines. Bruce identified a number of problems with existing sprinkler heads that were not providing the needed coverage across the front and back yards, while adding additional sprinkler heads where needed. Also, with the new plants now in place, Bruce made extensive upgrades to the drip lines throughout the beds to insure the plants received the appropriate amount of watering. Finally, the team repaired some wiring problems that prevented my landscape lighting from functioning. The El Jardin team successfully executed all aspects of my project with strong focus and on a faster than expected schedule. Bruce went above and beyond to serve me as a client, including programing the sprinkler control box to insure the appropriate watering schedule and suggesting fertilization products to properly maintain the yard. For the amount of materials and labor required to complete the numerous phases of my project, I concluded the cost was extremely reasonable. Most important, the finished product exceeded my expectations. I would without hesitation recommend Bruce Pridgen and the El Jardin team for any landscape project.”
