“I have been using this company for a long time. They are dependable. I don’t worry about it, they just come do a great job. I’m usually not home when their techs come out, but today I pulled up and Corey was treating the lawn. He stopped and came over to talk to me. Told me what he was doing and why. He was great! Lots of good advice and it was obvious he really likes his job. I recommend this company!”

“It used to be a great company up until about a year ago—communication was clear, agents were fast, and everything ran smoothly. However, the recent changes in management and staff seem to have significantly affected the service. I’ve contacted them multiple times to explain that the property is now a rental and does not require service every four weeks, yet they continued scheduling visits on that same cycle. Each time I called, I spoke with different agents, and the calls were long because the responses were not as efficient as before. Unfortunately, the issue was still not resolved. Worst of all, I finally requested to cancel the contract and sent two follow-up emails to confirm the cancellation, but I received no response. Today, the tenant received a notification that another service has been scheduled. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.”
