“Unfortunately, I feel the need to share our experience. This company came to give us a quote and we asked for a full design on a backyard/pool area. Very professional at first, but then they never followed up. We were told they would have a design in a week. Called to follow up and they said another week. Called another week later and the primary point of contact stopped answering our calls completely. I tried calling the main office and was told they would reach out to him and follow up to let me know where it was was as he had just stepped out of the office. Two more weeks go by and I called the office again and just asked candidly why there had been no follow up. The lady proceeded to tell me design can take a few weeks and I said I completely understand but then why hadn't anyone given us appropriate expectations and why would there be no response to our calls? She then decided instead of taking the high road and owning that maybe they dropped the ball that she would argue with me and tell me she had conveyed TO ME that it would take multiple weeks. I spoke to her for less than 15 seconds the first time and that was NOT the conversation. I would never consider doing business with a company that won't communicate and then proceed to tell a potential customer that they had a conversation that never happened.”
