They were fast, professional, and paid great attention to detail. Antonio is very professional and also a genuinely nice guy, which made the whole experience even better. Recently, we hired them again to paint the interior. I already had high expectations from the first job, but they actually exceeded them. The quality of the work was outstanding. Clean lines, great finishes, and real attention to every detail. They left the place without a single spot of mess. “Antonio Medrano's team of 3 just completed repainting the exterior of our c.1930's bungalow. Their work is great! The house is rough to work on with old wood and previous paint that was in bad shape. They spent time scraping the loose paint as well as powerwashing to remove as much as possible. Then they used a good primer extensively to seal down the edges of remaining paint as well as protect. They caulked everywhere to fill joints and cracks. Finally they gave the house a heavy spray or a good brush coat. They even painted the gutters and downspouts which used to match our trim but had faded. It all looks really lovely now. The same 3 men were here every day over a total of 9 days so they always knew what they were doing and where they left off. They were very punctual, worked diligently, consistently & were friendly. Antonio is a good manager and his communication with me was excellent. I also was really impressed with his attention to detail when he first looked at our house. He wanted to paint small areas that I wasn't paying attention to and they look great now. He has a good eye for the overall look as well as evaluating the job at the end. He made sure I was happy with the end result and was ready to fix whatever I pointed out. Antonio really cares about his work and his clients. Finally, the price for all this work was very reasonable. I had 4 painters look at the job and got 3 estimates. I felt like we really got excellent work and results for our investment. I will definitely recommend Medrano's Painting and will hire them again in a minute. Two photos show after scraping began (but some peeling looked almost that bad). After photos include how smooth and well painted the overhang of the roof looks. Now the green fascia visually connects with the underside of the metal roof because they painted the metal too. They did a great job power-washing our deck floor and restaining it. All porch floors and steps were primed to make the paint last longer.”

“I had them repaint a study room where lighting changes a lot during the day. They checked how the paint looked in both natural and artificial light before finishing. One edge near the shelf looked slightly uneven, and they fixed it without needing a reminder twice. There was a short pause for drying, but the final look is smooth. The room feels more balanced now.”
