“I had an appointment at 8:30am for clogged drains. The office had the professional courtesy to call me at 8:15am and say the tech was running late due the previous job but they would still be at my house within the appointment window. Alex and his partner Tech showed up within an hour. While Alex and I were discussing the possible causes of the problem, instead of his partner Tech just standing around, he got busy unloading tools and equipment. Within 30 minutes they had the drains unclogged and draining freely. From the office staff to the techs, everyone that I interacted with was very professional, courteous and accommodating. Their prices were very reasonable especially considering the top-level of service I received. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs! I highly recommend using their services.”
