What Customers Say
“First I wanna say the gentlemen Jase and mark were absolutely amazing and so very nice to my family and even interacted with my 2 yr old daughter. Took care of my family while I was out of town for work, this is the second time we've used this company and you can't go wrong!! Even the extremely nice lady who works in the office was so nice and got everything arranged shes awesome, they fixed our problem quickly with professional work. I really appreciate yall and if ever needed again for repairs yall will always be my go-to company. Thank you very much. Wish I could give 10 stars. Daniel reed - bill williams tire.”
“Bryant’s Plumbing took care of my family. Our gas line leaked out nearly 200 gallons of propane in one week. We gave them a call and they came out next day and got to work running an entirely new line through our yard. Additionally, they also repaired a small leak inside the house. Jace was our technician and he was extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional, and friendly. Brandi from the office was so helpful in getting our service set up. The technicians got the repairs done quickly given the size of the project and communicated well. We were very pleased with the service we received from Bryant’s Plumbing! Thank you!”
“I have used Bryant’s Plumbing for all my plumbing needs for the past several years. They are always extremely professional and helpful. From the office staff to the plumber’s helpers, they are all top notch and friendly. From a leaky faucet to a complete replump, call Bryant’s Plumbing.”
“Had a boy named Jamie come look for a gas leak. Pulled siding off our business and wanted to tear apart all the ac duct work we just paid for 3 weeks ago. Dude didn’t want to crawl under building is why he wanted to tear everything apart. Disrespectful punk was intimidated or maybe that time of month but he thought we were going to pay him over time for staying late on a Friday night. Lazy dude for real nothing else to say.”
“I contacted Bryant’s Plumbing wanting a bid on a fixer upper project and I trusted Bryant because I grew up with him. He convinced me I’d be better off letting his guys work hourly, rather than getting a bid, and he told me the work should take 2-3 days. Trusting they’d get the job done in a timely manner proved to be a huge mistake. I received the invoice and was totally shocked to find he had invoiced me for 4 full days. His guys also left a huge mess. Rotted cast iron was left in the front yard, the clean out was uncapped and they didn’t bury it, the tub was filled with disgusting wet insulation, and the hot water heater that had a leak was left behind. I immediately contacted Bryant to express my concern over the price and we just went round and round in circles over the phone. At the end of our conversation, I asked him why his guys had left such a mess to which he replied that they weren’t done yet. So in other words, he was going to have his guys go back out and bill me for a 5th day. Wow! Seriously, if you’re going to give someone an estimate on time, you should at the very least be in the ballpark, if you call yourself a professional. Also you need to communicate when you are taking longer than quoted and the customer is being billed by the hour. Plus why are you sending me an invoice before the work is done? Doesn’t make sense. I believe if I hadn’t called him out, he would have taken my money and left me with that mess. Claiming to provide quality workmanship…please, spare me. Check the pics. Does this look like quality work to you?”
