“I had purchased a water purifier and conditioner for my home back in 2021 with a 12 year warranty and service warranty. One of the tanks leaked in February this year so Dutton sent their techs to assess and remedi the situation they decided to replace my 2 tank system with a one tank without my approval and properly informing me prior to the replacement. Now 4 months later they bring me a different tank and wanted to charge me for the install and pass the potassium refill on to me. I still have black carbon in my water coming out of my fixtures. I have have been passed around to several people first Dan who sent me to Chris and then Monique who promised to take care of me and failed to come through and now passed me to Rick. I have called and left several messages and yet none of them even have the courtesy to call and resolve the situation. Do not believe what they promise you they don't come through they just want to get more of your money and not honor their words. I have hesitated to write this review but they left me no choice. If I don't hear from someone from their company within three days I will be taking all necessary actions to protect my investment. I do not recommend this company you are better off calling another company locally. Jim July 6th 2026 I called today and spoke to Monique whom I finally was able to get a hold of and after a discussion she informed me that her company's position is that they no longer want to honor the balance of my warranty which is 7 years left to come out service my residence for the work they have already been paid for and that I should go look for another company and that is exactly what I recommend to. Everyone who reached this review do exactly what they told me. Look for another company before you sign. Don't believe anything they promise you not even in writing. The company's response above to call back or see if how they could resolve my issue their way of handling the situation is to not do anything, not honor what they found us to do. Jim”
