“Well, I had a new toilet put in but needed a new turn off valve from the wall and a pipe leak fixed under bathroom sink. I needed this done ASAP. So, started searching on Google and dialed the first plumbing company; Ernie's. I was able to be put on the list and seen in the same day 5/9/2026! Alex came out and got to work on both. He was very professional and informative. The price was reasonable.”

“We had a slab leak. It was some bad news to be sure, but I suppose it’s just one of the “joys” of home ownership. Ryan came to our house and did a great job. He was thorough and thoughtful with the investigation required to figure out what needed to be repaired. When he identified the problem, he started that same day and worked late into the evening to get it repaired (so we didn’t have to go without water.) He was professional and effective. Even though it was an expensive repair, we are grateful for Ryan’s expertise and grateful it’s repaired.”

“The very first thing I would like to say about Ernie's Plumbing is that A REAL PERSON actually answers the phone. It is NOT a robot like the 2 previous calls I had made prior to calling Ernie's. From my initial talk with Lisa, they were so helpful and able to meet my immediate needs. Scott came out, gave me the quote, was straight forward as to what needed to be done and the time frame in which to do it. He was young and my initial impression was questionable. However, this young man was well beyond his years in knowledge, courtesy, and most of all CLEANLINESS. The area he had been working in was left in perfect condition. No signs of him ever being there. Unfortunately, this is not like past experiences I have had. There was ALWAYS something left out of order that I would have to clean up after. With no hesitation I can honestly recommend Ernie's for any of your Plumbing needs. They will exceed your expectations. Dealing with a smaller independent company instead of a larger conglomerate in my opinion, is the only way to go. To them, you are not just another job and dollar sign, you are their lifeline.”
