“Terri was awesome. First of all I needed to have an emergency plumber. He was here within the timeframe that they said. He was very knowledgeable on the job. He went above and beyond to make me comfortable and to help me out in the pricing of the job. The work he did was great work fast into the point I really appreciate them thanks Terry.”

“This company is awesome! I called them first thing in the morning and they showed up as within the agreed time frame. Terry and Nathan were very professional. Nathan had the bathroom faucets installed within minutes. So, I decided right then I should have them swap out my leaking outside hose bib. It was not part of my service call. Terry jumped right on it and in just a few minutes. These might not seem like a big issues however, to older people, we don't have the arm strength or the flexibility to climb inside a cabinet to change out a faucet that was leaking. I recommend Plumb Shield Plumbing to anyone! Terry and Nathan put in writing what the estimate was and the final bill was exactly what the quote was.
