“Jermaine, was professional, knowledgeable with great customer service. He suggested better method of install to code. Made it look more professional. Cleaned up and hauled the old water heater away. Will recommend to family and friends for sure. Note: The gas line that came with water heater was too short for our application. So the haters don’t say anything. The local shop only had a 48” gas line. Jermaine is coming back tomorrow with the proper length. Most companies would have just left it.”
