“Extremely unprofessional company. Didn’t show up on time, then told my client they didn’t have time to perform the test. Technician was cussing in front of my client. Told the buyer that they had been out to the property multiple times this year and the well was bad, but hadn’t been out since 2020. The seller has installed a new pump and storage tank since and has had no problems since with 7 people living there. I called to talk about the unprofessional way that my client was treated and he said he didn’t even want to do the test and hung up on me. So basically he was telling everyone involved that the well was bad but wouldn’t and hadn’t tested it. Stay away from this company if you want professional service for your clients.”

“Our well went out on a Sunday. We called Diamond Well and left a message. Dan called us back that afternoon. He was at our house Monday morning at 6:30 AM. Fix my well and I had water again. I’m so happy with them. Thank you Dan.”

“Had a new pump installed. Stopped working a couple weeks later but Diamond was unable to service under the warranty since they had no technicians. Going out of business? Either way, I paid a small fortune to have a warranty which I now don't have. Repair failed and I had to pay another company to fix it. I've requested a partial refund but so far no response.”
