“Great experience with Felix from Salt, to fix a hot water problem I was having and install 2 bathroom vents. He is very patient and kind, prompt, and even sometimes will bring you a treat of your choice (he got a soda for my wife). Not sure if he does this every time so maybe don’t expect it and be surprised and delighted if he does! Would definitely bring him and anyone else from Salt back again and again.”

“My experience with Salt was very good! My lineman Jacob was excellent, he did a full diagnostic on the home and presented all the offers with pricing before doing any work. He was very knowledgeable about how my home was wired and all the problems he found while doing the inspecting (old home). He was diligent and very respectful of our home (because we just moved) and had no issues whatsoever with locating the problem. I would highly recommend this service and Jacob for any future repairs that are needed. 10/10!!!”

All these details matter a customer. Lastly, I was very impressed and appreciative of the companies accommodating my work schedule. Jeremy and dispatch were very accommodating by moving my appointment to align with my work schedule and today the install team did the same. “I want to recognize Jason McKinley for the excellent service he provided during his recent visit to my home. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. He arrived on time, took the time to explain the issues he found, answered my questions, and completed the shower valve repairs in a professional manner. I especially appreciated that he thoroughly inspected the plumbing system and pointed out additional concerns with my water heater expansion tanks so I could address them before they became a larger problem. My experience with Jason personally was very positive. He was courteous, straightforward, and clearly knew his trade. The quality of his work and his professionalism were exactly what I would hope for from a service technician. The only reason I am not giving a completely perfect review is that I felt the overall pricing for the work performed was higher than I expected. That concern is directed more toward the cost of the service itself rather than Jason. As the technician, he did a great job, communicated well, and represented SALT professionally. Overall, I was very happy with Jason's service and would be comfortable having him return for future work.”
