“On march 28 I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to repair my water heater that was not heating. Two "experts" arrive to my home, went to the attic and 15 minutes later told me that the problem has many possible causes, that they didn't know. The gave me two quotes to replace the heater, and left after charging me $102.72 , no repairing anything. I complain by phone and was told they will refund my money. That never happened. The same evening my granddaughter and my caregiver went to the attic , reset the unit, it took 10 minutes. Since then the unit has been heating well.”
