“Our tankless water heater went out on us after 20 years of usage. And of course it happened about 4:45 PM, on the coldest evening El Paso had a couple weeks ago. Then we saw Primetech Plumbing’s TV commercial which highlighted their experience installing tankless water heaters. I called immediately and spoke with Ivan Piñon, the owner. He was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and needed to make a quick decision. Based on his suggestions, we were able to select a replacement model which was a wonderful upgrade for our home and had it installed within one day. Just a great group of professionals to work with, we 100% recommend Primetech for anyone considering a tankless water heater or repairing/replacing an existing system. Customer service is excellent and labor costs were very reasonable. You will be very satisfied with this company.”
