Bryan was prompt and more than willing to answer all my many questions. He explained the process and went right to work. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and neat. His price was more than reasonable. I was pleased and impressed with Bryan's level of customer service. I highly recommend his business.”

Their friend mentioned that Bryan not only specializes in water heaters, but has very reasonable prices and has a good, easy going personality. “In desperation and paying for estimates of unreasonable prices and facing another week without hot water, I was going to attempt to fix my friends gas thermostat valve myself, when I saw the ad for Clarks. Hey! No cost estimate! Can't hurt! They gave an estimate over the phone and within an hour there he was installing a better name brand water heater than my friend was offered, for $950 dollars cheaper! The best part is, less than 2 1/2 hours later, there stood the shiny new tank and his friendly attitude was gone as fast as he came! Then I found out it was 100.00 cheaper than he quoted! I'm so grateful to who ever it was that did the install on timmy ave! I will tell everyone to call Clark Family Water Heaters if you want honesty and quality”

“My grandmother needed her 20+ year old water heater replaced, so I contacted over a dozen plumbers for quotes and received a very fair quote on yelp from Clark Family Water Heaters. I called Bryan in the morning to let him know that we were going to replace the water heater with him and he was here in the afternoon with a brand new one. He replaced the water heater and all the accompanying accessories (hoses, hose insulation, earthquake straps, valves, etc.), and hauled away the old one. He stuck to the quote he gave us on yelp messaging and didn’t tack on any hidden fees like many plumbers do at the end. Overall we’re very happy with our experience, and strongly recommend. Bryan was extremely friendly, personable and especially very helpful to my 87 year old grandmother who he explained the whole installation to, and took great care of her and her house.”
