“I recently had a water softener installed by Matt Plumbing, and I wanted to leave an honest review. First, Travis was excellent — professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with throughout the installation. I really appreciated his attitude and the quality of his work. However, there are still a few parts of the job that appear unfinished. I was told he would return to add more rock to the drainage area and finish sealing/taping around the pipes, but I haven’t heard back yet. I also reached out to the company to schedule a follow-up visit and haven’t received a response so far. My main concern is the foundation underneath the water softener. There is exposed dirt around and beneath the unit, and I’m worried erosion could eventually cause it to shift or become unstable. Overall, the installation experience with Travis was great, but I would really like to see better follow-up communication and completion of the remaining work”
