“We had two toilets reset today. One on an older remodel in 2006 and an addition in 2009. The 2006 toilet was stable but the base had a film. Turns out the flange either collapsed or never existed. The 2009 toilet was not properly set when they poured the foundation however they had modified. He was able to reset with a small cut into the base board since we believe water had expanded. They offered Excellent and Timely service. I highly recommend them for their expertise and reasonable prices. As a Realtor, also used licensed contractors to do plumbing. I will be referring them as an option when clients request.”
