“I recently hired this company for a water heater flush and an AC tune-up, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team demonstrated absolute professionalism and deep technical expertise. They don't just do the job; they take the time to thoroughly explain what they are doing and why, which gave me immense peace of mind. Joshua handled the plumbing side of things. He performed the water heater flush efficiently, walked me through the condition of the unit, and shared some great preventative maintenance tips. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly an expert in his craft. On the HVAC side, Jay did an awesome job servicing my AC unit. He was meticulous during the tune-up, ensuring everything was running at peak efficiency for the summer heat. Like Joshua, Jay was fantastic at explaining the technical details in a way that was easy to understand. It is rare to find a service company where every technician baseline is excellent, but Joshua and Jay truly set the standard. From the moment he arrived, Jay immediately got to work. He introduced himself, was professional, friendly, approachable, and incredibly easy to work with. Thankfully, the fix turned out to be simple, and the only charge was the standard service fee. In today’s world, finding someone you can truly trust is invaluable. “Bobby Lee was a fantastic technician that serviced my home on 5/15/26. He was immediately friendly, personable, and engaging! While I’m sure he had been to dozens of service calls all day, when he arrived to my home, he did not rush my mother and I to explain our problem. He took the time to examine the faucet, ask background, and provided tips before he even pulled out a tool! His work was quick, efficient, and tidy. While I had to take a meeting, he was polite and down-to-earth with my mother. Bobby has such a warm demeanor and that is such a rare sight in an increasingly selfish and distracted world. We appreciate his hard work and hope that he is recognized for his efforts that I’m sure he thinks nothing of. It’s easy to complain but not common to praise. Keep being an amazing employee Bobby!”

“Eric was fast to contact us as soon as we got the recommendations from Angi’s. Got us scheduled with Robert (plumbing technician) to come take a look at where the leak was. Robert arrived promptly and assessed the leak and provided estimates on what we were looking at and explained everything he was going to be doing to fix our plumbing issue. We were scheduled for the very next day for this repair to be worked on. Day of the repair appointment, Robert arrived within our appointment window started the repairs. We were initially quoted for two hours but he was able to finish the job within one hour and he made sure there were no more leaks in our pipe. He also contacted his boss and asked him to refund us for one hour back since it only took him one hour to assess and fix our plumbing issue. All Star Trade Pros were very professional and did a fantastic job and we have no more leaks. We will definitely be working with them in the future for our plumbing or HVAC maintenance needs.”
