“Comfort Masters has saved our bacon more times than I can count, and today was no exception. Our water heater was actively leaking and getting worse by the hour. Our home warranty company had assigned us to their only network provider in Lubbock, who couldn't come until Monday. Facing a worsening leak threatening our furnace and surrounding cabinetry on a Friday afternoon, I called Comfort Masters as a last resort. Despite being fully booked, they fit us in. A technician called at 2:46 PM to say he was 7 minutes away. He arrived, immediately diagnosed the problem, went and picked up a new water heater, and had everything fully installed and heating water by 4:45 PM. On a Friday. When they were already booked solid. This is not the first time Comfort Masters has come through for us when we needed them most. Time and time again they show up with a smile, friendly faces, and the kind of knowledgeable, professional service that is genuinely hard to find. Their technicians clearly know their craft and take pride in their work. If you're in Lubbock and need HVAC or plumbing work done right, by people who actually care about their customers, look no further. Comfort Masters is the real deal. We are customers for life. He walked me through the process of what the issue was and how he fixed it in a very understandable manner. Very professional and friendly. Tannin Logsdon, the Plumbing Technician, was also so polite and knowledgeable. He kept me informed about what he was doing. He was also very friendly and professional. “Honesty and integrity is what you get with comfort masters! I was convinced I needed a new hvac unit at my home. Called comfort master Toby deployed his team for diagnosis. Wade and Kieth found my system was working properly however I needed to have some small venting ductwork replaced to larger ventilation, then add insulation. The solution worked and my house is staying cool. They could have easily sold me a new system instead they properly diagnosed, educated me, then performed worked. Thanks team!”

“Woke up Sunday morning to a hot house. Saw reviews for comfort masters and they advertised about calling out someone on a weekend. Well I did just that. Sam came out about lunch time after texting me to make sure I was clear on fees and overtime rate that would apply. He wanted me to know what I was getting into before he came. Of course it was hot so, yeah I’ll pay it. Sam got there, and went to work. It started to rain while he was working on the outside unit. The unit is perfectly in the drip line of the house so he got soaked. He has a good attitude, explained everything and worked diligently. Unfortunately the problem was not something that could be resolved on a Sunday. He promised to contact me the following day and did. The part needed was substantially expensive but available. In the end it made more sense to replace the entire unit. When Sam shot me the quote for the part he also built several quotes for an entire new system. He called and talked me through the systems and helped me make the best choice for my house and my family. He walked me through financing and scheduled installment. I can’t say enough for comfort masters or Sam. They have been honest, available, and beyond fair on billing. Call them you will not regret it. Thank you Sam and comfort masters”
