Then they made us wait over a week while they supposedly “looked” for the part—only to finally admit they never ordered it in the first place. Meanwhile, another plumber came out and fixed the leak in minutes without needing any new stems, proving their diagnosis was completely wrong. They keep pointing to their GPS to justify the time, but most of that time the tech was sitting in his truck doing nothing, milking the clock while we were being charged.
