“My elderly parent's hot water leaked into their laundry room and garage and created a real mess. My father called Wilma at Fairway Plumbing. Wilma was a real star and gave my parents recommendations for mold remediation and water damage restoration. Both of those recommendations were fantastic! She also coordinated with both of those companies to make sure the jobs were done right. And of course when they were ready, Wilma sent out Cliff to install a new water heater. My parents and I would highly recommend Wilma, Cliff, and the staff at Fairway Plumbing. The service was excellent, the price was fair, and the attention to detail was outstanding. We will be using Fairway Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.”

“They didn't get to my house until almost 4 p.m. Needed additional materials they had to go and purchase. Didn't get back until 5 p.m. Then they proceeded to tell me that the pressure valve at the meter was running too high and would have to be replaced at the my cost of $1,175.00. If I didn't allow them to replace it, no work would be guaranteed. Being a widow, I had no idea if this was the truth so I had no choice but to pay the additional costs. What started out as a quote of $2.650 ended up at nearly $4,000.00. They still haven't finished installing some pipe that they have to come back for but since it was almost 11 p.m. I told them they would have to come back another day.”
