We were also not sure if it needed to be inspected, and when I asked them, they had already reached out to the water department, the fire inspector and the city just to make sure. They mostly don't respond or answer but even when they do they don't actually ever show up when they say they will. If you value your time do yourself a favor and don't call JM Plumbing because they certainly don't value anything.”

“We had a plumbing disaster over Memorial Day weekend. Thank goodness they had an emergency phone number on their website. We called Tami and she had someone at our house within an hour. Needless to say not only was it a weekend but it was a 3 day weekend so the responsiveness was incredible. JM Plumbing found the blockage in our sewer line and cleared it within an hour. The pricing was unmatched and the quality is great! I highly recommend JM Plumbing to anyone looking for knowledgable and professional service!”

“JM Plumbing is fantastic. Called Monday to set up appointment, Tammy called me back that afternoon and set the appointment up for 9:00 Tuesday morning. Tammy called that morning to let me know that the plumbers were on their way. The plumber was polite and had my problem solved in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend JM Plumbing to anyone, and Tammy called after the job was complete to check and make sure I was satisfied with the job.
