“I am extremely disappointed with First Response Plumbing. Our water heater broke on July 1st. They delayed the initial visit until July 6th, told us parts would arrive by the 8th, and scheduled the repair for the 9th. I rushed home from work to meet them, only to receive a last-minute cancellation. Today, July 10th, they missed their 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM window. The technician arrived 30 minutes late, sat in his van for another 10 minutes, and walked inside completely empty-handed. What happened to the parts that were ordered on Wednesday? Instead of doing the repair, he just took photos and left for Home Depot and Lowe's. We have a 4-year-old, a 7-week-old newborn, and out-of-town guests. We have been boiling water for baby baths and taking cold showers for nine straight days. Rushing home and clearing our schedule for these windows has been a massive waste of time. For a company named "First Response," they have no backup technicians and zero urgency. Unacceptable customer service.”

“I found First Response Plumbing through my home warranty program for a tank less water issue. My home warranty did not approve my claim because they said it was a service issue not an actual repair. So, I contracted with First Response Plumbing to service both of my tank less water heaters. They did a fantastic job and at what I thought was a reasonable price, so much so that I brought them back to replace two outside water faucets that were leaking and a third time to replace the plumbing under one of my bathroom sinks. Their services techs are professional, courteous and know their trade. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs. I know I will be using them going forward regardless of my home warranty program.”
