What Customers Say

Tyrone was absolutely fabulous! He not only fixed our stopped-up toilet, but he also took the time to identify the real cause of the problem—tree roots growing into our pipes. He was kind, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly and made a very stressful situation much easier to handle. I truly appreciate his expertise and outstanding customer service and would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing assistance!!

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service from Tyrone at Allstate Plumbing. He knew what needed to be done and handled the repairs immediately. Tyrone took his time to answer all questions to our satisfaction and made sure we were happy with the work he did. I will definitely call Allstate Plumbing for my future plumbing issues and ask for Tyrone.

This company is not honest at all. I called out trying to give a smaller business some business and it was a major fail. I am trying to get a water softener put in but the home was not plumbed with a water loop, it's a 2 story home and finding where the water comes in has been a pain. So the tech comes out and basically said I don't know, he charges $350 diagnostic fee to try and find the line. He then proceeds cut 2 holes in the wall which I understood would have to happen to try and find the line and then just gave up. When I called the office about trying to get this finished I was told that the diagnostic would be credited to muy install if I went with them. Logan said he would get me an estimate that day, well by 5pm I called and a rep said I would be getting it later on that day, well the estimate came the next day and it was over $3700 to run 2 pex lines about 15 feet from the meter to my garage. I understand there are other fittings and things to get my water filtration system up and working but come on man. Pex A is $34 per 100', PVC to put in the trench, 10' PVC is $9.72 each. Throw in fittings maybe another $200. I'm willing to pay for time but thats robbery. Trencher at Home Depot is $239 for 4 hours. I was willing to pay $1500 for experience but no.

Today, at our house, Tyrone Scott performed our second major piece of work with him. We are quite impressed with him. He is steadily competent, a fine communicator, and fun to talk to. Whoever hired him scored a home run!

Tyrone was excellent! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. We wouldn’t have been able to stay in the house without his help! We highly recommend working with Tyrone from Allstate Plumbing.
