“Terrible service. Their drivers are horrible.”

“DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE JERKS!! They were working at Hardin House in West Campus yesterday and had multiple trucks in the alley. One truck was blocking the entrance/exit and no one could get in or out. Asked them if they could move JUST ONE TRUCK so I could get out and they said NO. They said they were in a parking space LOL. Look at the pictures - would a parking space block a public alley AND a sidewalk?! I had no way out so had to brush against the curb and ended up with vehicle damage. Notified their management, but could have easily been avoided if they would have just moved for 1 minute to let a neighbor out!”
