Curious, I texted the next day and asked if I should find someone else, I got a repeat of what the problems were and I said, okay, may I have a time/cost estimate and never heard from them again. I get it if you don't want the job, but for Pete's sake, SAY SO. Totally unprofessional. Go elsewhere for plumbing needs.”
