I look for experience, integrity, honesty and reliability when looking for a company I need to do business with. With a roofing company, those boxes are hard to check off which is why it took me so long to find a company who checked all those boxes. KCR checked all those boxes! Kendall County Roofing is EXACTLY what I was looking for. The process to get a quote was seamless. Not only was it seamless, there were no pushy sales tactics like the other half dozen companies I dealt with while trying to find the right roofer. They did a PHENOMENAL job from start to finish. The project was managed by Michael who was on top of everything. When I say everything, I mean everything! Anything I needed, he was there. He was patient with all the questions I asked and I asked a lot! These guys have a lot of experience and really know what they're doing! The team were patient with my dogs. I let them know before the job started that I had 4 dogs that will need to go in and out while the project was ongoing. Everyone understood. It meant a lot to me because these dogs are my family. They bark a lot and can be annoying to those who aren't used to dogs or those who don't love dogs like I do! Everything these guys did was so perfectly orchestrated to a tee!
