He was honest, transparent and accessible through all stages of our repairs. It was Chas' input and efforts that solidified my choice-he rose above all others with his dedication to customer service. Likewise, project manager, Dilmar, and ALL the work crew displayed the utmost professional focus and excellence in their craft. “After getting a strong recommendation from a friend for Hawkins Siding, we decided to have them do work on our house. They replaced the old siding and all trim with Hardie board. They also replaced gutters and windows, fixed a mess on the roof from a previous contractor and painted all the brick, siding and trim. An INCREDIBLE job!! The crew was meticulous and working with Damon and Miguel was beyond easy. This was a large job and they finished in 7 days. Everyone on the crew was meticulous and they take pride in their work. The finished work was better than I could even have imagined. I highly recommend Hawkins siding without any reservation! “After receiving 3 quotes , 2 being outrageous, we decided to go with Hawkins Siding & Exteriors. Bruce Mapp was the sales rep who came to our home and gave us our no nonsense quote. He answered all of our questions promptly and honestly. And unlike so many other times before, once the sales rep makes a sale, he’s never seen again- that was absolutely not the case with Bruce. He was here before, during, upon completion, and even way after to make sure that all the make- rights were done and completed to our satisfaction. Outstanding customer service! Hawkins production manager, Dilmar Moreira was outstanding as well. His team of talented & skilled carpenters & painters removed, replaced, and painted the old siding and made our 66 year old home look like new!
